   I remember liking the 2009 version, but on watching the 2010 version I was   
   not so impressed.   
   Maybe because of no surprises, and so spoiled.   
   Perhaps I nodded but I can't recall William B. Davis being slashed in the   
   throat in the new version.   
      
   Because of my age, limited time left in my life, I rarely watch a show more   
   than once, but these 2 versions were slightly different, and I needed to be   
   reminded so as to follow the next episodes in the series.   
   Perhaps this an answer to the poster who asked *why are we watching it again   
   ?*.   
      
   Someone posted that there were no likable characters, but I thought they   
   were not so unlikeable as the characters in nuBSG, which show in retrospect   
   was rather disappointing.   
   This new series seems promising to me, and I only hope it lives up to   
   expectations.   
      
   I would have given 4 stars originally, but my second viewing downgrades this   
   to 3 stars.
