   I would have liked to have seen the back story with Kobol and the   
   origins of the colonies themselves, including the Cylon tribe, fleshed   
   out. Maybe focus on why Kobol declined and then look to what happened   
   with the various colonies, in particular the Cylon colony where the   
   Final 5 originated from. That to me would have been a better story.
