   I have the impression the polytheist colonists are worshiping the   
   leaders of the groups that emigrated from Kobal to the 12 colonies.   
   Apparently the monothiests came to the conclusion those people as   
   dieties is BS and theirs only a single diety that created the Universe   
   and man including Kobal.
