   My impression was different.  The problem they've been trying to solve is   
   why, after (in theory) duplicating the MCP and the software (that they   
   wrote and know about) don't the other Cylons work as well as this one?   
      
   Their first hypothesis: when we duplicated the MCP, we assumed it only had   
   digital circuits.  What if it had some analog circuits?  If they'd   
   mistakenly changed analog circuits into digital ones, that might explain   
   why the copies weren't working.   
      
   Ultimately, though, Daniel figured out that the reason why only this one   
   Cylon works had nothing to do with technical issues such as analog/digital   
   or generative-processes: it's the only one that works because it's the only   
   one with the Zoe avatar.
