   We don't know why the real Zoe wanted to go to Gemenon.   
   We don't know if the Cylon Zoe even knows why the real Zoe wanted to go to

   She wasn't with her boyfriend on a suicide mission.  She wanted to get to   
   Gemenon for some, as yet unknown, reason.  She was trying to get away from   
   not only her parents, but Clarice as well.  She did not trust Clarice.   
   Meanwhile, the faction of STO that is blowing things up (related to James   
   Marster's character) may have been actively trying to stop original Zoe from   
   getting to Gemenon.  ...and that faction of STO is not led by or even   
   working with Clarice.  So far, we don't know if Zoe was even aware of the   
   bombing faction of STO existing.
