   Possibly, but only if Cylon Zoe is telling Lacy the whole truth and nothing   
   but the truth.  I'm not sure that we can make a conclusion just yet about   
   how much more Cylon Zoe knows than Lacy knows.  Certainly, she knows   
   something more because she had a better understanding that Clarice should   
   not be trusted.

   Except that Clarice isn't the one that arraigned that bombing  (It was   
   arrainged by James Marsters's character and the bomb was apparently built by   
   Lacy's 'boyfriend').  Zoe was definitely trying to get away from Clarice and   
   Clarice was definitely trying to get Zoe to develop the avatar fro   
   something.  However, if Zoe simply feared that Clarice was trying to steal   
   the avatar, she would have likely brought that avatar with her.  I think   
   Clarice's focus on getting the avatar only solidified after the real Zoe was   
   gone.  I don't think that Clarice would have ordered Zoe killed because   
   Clarice was not sure that Zoe had succeeded/completed the avatar project.
