   No gaping hole exists. Clarice was able to download everything in the   
   database, but as she stated, she did not get the program (a self aware /   
   self evolving avatar?) she was looking for. The only copy of the working   
   program is in the Zoe Cylon (perhaps only working because it is the   
   'perfect' combination of defective computer chip, Zoe programming, and the   
   wandering Zoe soul that was released from fleshy Zoe by the train   
   explosion). It could even be that the virtual reality Adama daughter is   
   only 'sentient' because her soul was still wandering around as well (fault   
   the Adamas for not having the closure ceremony sooner).
