Cars come right off the assembly line without an inherent ability to
function. they aren't 'exact replicas' becaseu no two are truly, 'exactly',
   the same.

Your line of reasoning suggests that you have not even considered the
possibility that fleshy-Zoe's 'soul' found its way into avatar-Zoe (the
   'analog' component).

Or, if you want to discount 'God' as being a factor in any of this, you are
still entirely discounting any/all time that avatar-Zoe spent
learning/changing through her experiences with fleshy-Zoe. That process has
not been repeated (or even attempted) by the lab techs in any way. The
closest thing to that style of learning was the 'let the robot out of the
lab' bit that ended rather prematurely.

Additionally, there is nothing to suggest that the attempts to replicate
more Cylons have gone further than adding the software 'program' (which is
not something that inherently includes the Zoe database) to a hardware
platform (additional chips made by Graystone) which may not actually be
'identical' to the defective chip that was originally stolen and is in use
   by avatar-Zoe.

It was interpretted that way by the bulk of the audience posting here. That
   does not make it true.

What 'copy' has spent time with fleshy-Zoe?
