   Also remember that their society had developed an avertion to very hi-tech   
   devices as a reaction to the first Cylon war - they shunned most   
   computer-networked gizmos, although they were coming out of that phase what   
   with the new automation/networking which proceeded the fall of the Colonies   
   (had they not done that, the Cylons would not have been able to carry out
