   Heating a hot dog:  Place on metal pan over heat, turning over after a   
   couple of minutes.   
      
   Making eggs:  Place in frying pan over heat, turning each after a couple of   
   minutes.   
      
   Flipping burgers:  ...well, you get the point.  Since the original example   
   was "cooking an egg", there's not really that much of a difference here.
