   A few years ago Cheney accidentally shot a lawyer while they were dove   
   hunting.  The claim was that the lawyer (Whitington) had stepped into   
   Cheney's path.  Many people, however, beleive that Dick "broke the   
   180".   
      
   No police investigation, Secret Service dook him to the hospital and
