   The grammar of that sentence is miselading. Ron Moore's version is not the   
   "original" Battlestar Galactica series, and despite what the morons at SciFi   
   or SyFy (or whatever silly name they ahve this week) Ron Moore's show is not   
   an original series either. It would have been more easily understood if it   
   had left out the word "original".

   From what little of the new show that I bothered to understand, Ron Moore's   
   cylons are the anti-Borg ... the Borg want everything to become them, the   
   cylons want to become sort-of human ... Ron Moore's cylons are basically   
   copies of Star Trek's Data
