   Data was Pinnochio, he wanted to be accepted by humans. The Cylons were   
   somewhere in between the Borg and Data. Cylons wanted to be the   
   replacements for humans, but want to be exactly like them in every   
   sense. The Borg want everything to be like Borgs.
