   For a military vessel, you don't want to be under way if the Windows   
   2495 upgrade blue-screens all of your computer systems. Better to wait   
   until your next scheduled refit and let the techies work out whatever   
   bugs crop up without worrying about being left high and dry (so to   
   speak) in the middle of nowhere.
