   Muffet (I believe the name was given to the robotic daggit) was able to   
   find lost members on landing parties more than once, find help on a ice   
   planet when the rest of the human party was unable to travel and on the   
   edge of perishing.   Was also helpful in pulling a firefighter from a   
   fire once that fire fighter had passed out from the heat and smoke.   
      
   In the Marvel comics Muffet pulled Boxy out of a reactor room,   
   sacrificing itself for its regular human companion.   (was painstakingly   
   rebuilt later in the comic series, but took some doing to rebuild)   
      
   Muffet took down one Cylon centurion by biting one in the leg, causing   
   it to short out.   
      
   All and all I would say that Muffet and Daggits were a good concept and   
   good accessory to have along for landing missions.
