   I think I remember aioe's administrator didn't try very hard to clean   
   newsgroups that were not English. The Spanish newsgroups I used to be in ended   
   up completely trashed by flooders. Filling a report was a pain because you had   
   to track 20 identical    
   messages and then the admin would do essentially nothing to block the flooding.
