   Did you run all the steps from the install prog, including the "create   
   necessary files" (or whatever it's called) portion? I'm looking at the code   
   now (also available free at my website). Does "shuttle.ans" appear in the   
   same directory? Does the directory have full permissions. I'm kind of tired   
   right now, to come up with any other ideas.   
      
   You're not using a Linux drive as a DOS drive by chance, are you? I vaguely   
   remember a report of some kind of issue with that, but that's just an off   
   the wall tip.
