   okay my mom has an allergic reactions, and it a rash all over her body;   
   i want to help her. what can i do.. i gave her some ice packs since she   
   says it burns when she itches it.. we went to the doc and he gave her   
   medicine but its not done yet at the pharmacy.  what can i do for her?
