   It was working fine, but since yesterday, when I return to unlock my PC,   
   it sits on the "sky and grass" wallpaper with zero activity for over a   
   minute before the icons and startup bar will show up. I've disconnected   
   network drives, and tried turning off all startup programs. What else   
   can I do?
