   Ok, Day....   
   TW is correct - there's no budget for most Ham & BBS "shops".  Granted a   
   very few make it their big-time toy with the majroity of their disposable   
   income, but the majority of folks, if there's interest at all, work from   
   scraps.  And that's the beauty of a good solution, it would require little   
   or no investment..   
      
   What's your idea of a plan?
