   Does anyone know how to get in touch with Charles Cruden?  I tried the email   
   in the docs and have fully registration.  When I start up irex (which has   
   been working awesomely until now...) it pumps out a screen full of error   
   data and dies.  I'm running my email off of it and that's mission critical,   
   so does anyone know whats happening (I'm more than willing to send the whole   
   page of errors), or how to get in touch with Charles
