   Hi there.   
   can some body please help   
      
   So heres the Stituation, ive got a 1Mb Connection, and in a five computer   
   household netwok, therefore a router is needed.   
      
   Everything works hunky dory. EXCEPT that when i try to use the micophone   
   function to speak to somebody say in canada from here in the UK..... i can   
   see them and they can see me on the webcam... BUT .........and heres the   
   problem..... i can use my mic, and they can hear me, but i can't hear   
   them...   
      
   can somebody tell me why????   
      
   Now i have Nortons Internet security 2003 and i don't know if ive set it up   
   right can somebody let me know what settings i'm meant to have?   
   Is it soemthign to do with the rounter??   
      
   Now i'm no hardcore Techno junkie, but when ever i use it the functionality   
   to talk   
   to somebody in a different room, it works fine..... the flatmat that i live   
   with who set the network up, said that the rounter set the "configuration"   
   internally when you talk to somebody within the network. is that right?
