   the wg 2.0 on the cdrom is missing some stuff.   
   it is called a upgrade version for upgrading from 1.X to 3.2   
   it is also crippled in the dialup services and other stuff,   
   becuase it was never meant to be run.   
   you had to update to it, then do a 2.0 to 3.2 upgrade.
