   I remember first setting the same thing you are years ago and having the   
   same problem. I ended up having my Masters degreed genius guru ISP owner   
   come over and he couldn't fix it either. Turned out that a different brand   
   card slipped right in and fired up. To this day I don't know whether it was   
   the card or the driver, flaw or compatibility issue.
