   Ok here is the solution i used....   
   uninstall the newest install of the wg.   
   boot the system and make sure the network is running...   
   DO NOT LOAD THE OUTHER WG. "this locks the world up"   
   I spent sevral months trying to figure this out.   
   shut the system down let it sit for about 2 min boot it back up and install   
   the new wg.   
   during this install read every little popup that shows up if you did this   
   right you will get eather an error message or the message that tells you   
   that nic is faulty and you need a new one.... (the nic is faulty and you   
   need a new one is my faverite one since i bought about 15 new cards and   
   discovered that the nics werent faulty it was the dos version...)   
   after the installation check fo dos updates for your exact version then   
   install them.   
   start you wg and bingo it should run at this point if not....   
   find a window and toss the computer out the window and start ofer from   
   scratch....   
   just my side of the problem :)
