From: imnotawakeyet@tsgc.dyndns.org.remove-yva-this-extra              Hello Sysops,              I'm doing some research on WG Products and Services. I interested in knowing       what your needs are. Maybe some one will take a look at the results and offer a       product or service for your WG system? This also informs me and others of any       products and services out there already.                            1. When you need a WG product (anything from computer hardware and software) do       you buy, install, repair it yourself or have someone do it for you? Install?       Repair? Buy?              2.a. Do you feel comfortable with buying, installing, or repairing (or       debugging) this product yourself? On most occasions was needs met or not met?              2b. If you don't feel comfortable with doing it yourself, who do call to help       you? Do you call or email technical support or have someone come over              3a. If you install, trouble-shoot or repair the product yourself, do you use       the product manuals? What do you like or dislike about the manuals? What do you       like the least or best about technology service and manuals?              3b. If you have someone else do the work, what do you like best about       technology service? Is your met or not met? Why?.              4. What do you look for when looking for technology products and services? What       is important to you?              5. Who have you dealt with before? What did you like about the products or       service?              6. What would you call an ideal product manual or service?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
