   I ran/run mbbs and wg.   
   it's not the file system, nt don't handle 16bit code very well, and the   
   programs were written on a 286 compter. and are not made to run on a nt   
   based os which won't allow direct hardware calls. now wg 3.2 was written   
   on Windows Nt 3.51 and can handle a NT based os. but still will have some   
   problems on xp and higher which don't do 16bit code very well anymore.
