   Your user name and password are the same that you use to log in to the BBS.   
      
   I'll update the POP3 server to accept the e-mail address as login as well   
   though since I can imagine some clients probably try that by default if they   
   try to automatically setup your account.   
      
   I'll get that into the next build and then what you are doing should work.   
   Otherwise you have to use your BBS login and password.
