   There isn't enough information here for me to help you but I can ask some   
   questions.  What is it doing?  Do you have it enabled in the configuration? Is   
   the user you're trying to validate a user that has a valid e-mail address? What   
   do the logs say?   
      
   The logs are pretty descriptive for the validation stuff assuming you have it   
   enabled and the user has a valid e-mail.
