   I think what has happened is your Email base (the first base in the message   
   base editor) is set to "Base Type: Netmail".  Change that back to "Local" and   
   it should stop doing that.   
      
   I'll also make it so you can no longer change that to anything other than   
   Local in the next version so prevent this confusion.
