   OK.  It seems like I always post a message, and later find a solution.  After   
   posting that I   
   couldn't connect from my home computer, I decided to try using my phone on the   
   same   
   network as my computers.  I couldn't connect from my home network.  I shut the   
   Wi-Fi   
   connection to the phone and Voila, it worked!   
      
   Is whitelisting the IP address a solution, or could there be another cause?
