   I am still not getting his messages via my FidoNet feed, not sure what is   
   happening there but I have seen replies to a few posts all from him that I   
   never saw.   
      
   But to answer the question I do not allow even the SysOp to read everyone   
   else's private messages, and that is by design.  Of course its possible to get   
   around that in a few different ways.   
      
   As you noted if you have alternative names you should set them up to forward to   
   your main account name.
