   Thats not intended with the double characters I just didn't test it with   
   newgroups.  I'll take another look at it soon and get it cleaned up one way or   
   another.   
      
   A random hex value would be even easier than what I am doing now, but I thought   
   people would appreciate it being named as close as it can to the echotag.  I'll   
   either switch to random hex or at least fix it so there aren't dots in there.
