The change from gcc 9 to 11 is what broke the       Makefile for 3.4.5. For some reason Cryptlib Makefile uses some compiler       options that I believe were "depreciated" about a decade ago and were finally       removed entirely in 11.              I'll try to update the Wiki with a note about this!              ...
