   Hello i am trying to use system bulletin. On help i can read that is enough to   
   create another bulletin file like bullet3.asc or 4 or 5 but mystic doesn't warn   
   me that there is a new bulletin to read.   
   The command line on my prelogin menu is "bulletin bulletin bullet check"   
   help?
