   The quotes come from quotes.dat in data directory.  They are basically   
   separated by * on an otherwise blank line.  The first line is a * then each is   
   separated by a *.   
      
   Its not really documented because I was planning to redo it in A48 but I   
   completely forgot.   
      
   For example:

   This is sample Mystic BBS quote #1.   
   *   
   This is sample Mystic BBS quote #2.   
   *   
   This is sample Mystic BBS quote #3.
