   Yes I was incorrect in assuming it would be from BinkP, MUTIL that tosses   
   messages and TICs would have to produce it.   
      
   I see it as the 1st line of defense of something that may be wrong and point   
   to where to look in the logs instead of having to comb through them.   
      
   If you need a tester for an implementation as part of MysticBBS just let me   
   know.
