     First I need someone to maintain a list of people that can do thing and   
     what they should do.   
      
     People that would like to help out.. Please, reply to this message.   
      
     I have setup a FTP for past releases of renegade, tuts, and utilites.   
     Please, create a sub directory named for the release of Renegade the   
     files are meant for.  Also, add a text file for special instuctions   
     on the link you found it at or other things you would like to add.
