   Simple either after the command in the menu put another hotkey.   
   Say UserList is U then add another command with the hotkey   
   as U and -L & %PA   
      
   Or on your usert.asc put a %PA after what you put in the file.   
      
   %PA = Pause, but from what I can see it is like this by default.
