   Aft6er updating to v3.19a and confirming that all ../webv4 files and such are   
   also up-to-date, I can no longer Log in  with webv4. Also peculiar is when I   
   try to log in the page refreshes and shows Register / Log in but the Who's   
   Online sidebar show me as logged in, but is still being considered Guest.   
      
   Any ideas?
