   Yes you could use the builtin Windows firewall, but its a manual process, to   
   add a specific IP address, or you could do it via powershell,  To automate it,   
   you would need to somehow get the IP address from SBBS, then using powershell   
   script you can add that IP address to the Windows firewall.
