Can Synchronet listen on two telnet port

   Just wondering if Synchronet is able to listen on two Telnet ports   
   simultaneously. For example, port 23 and port 2323.   
      
   If so, how?   
      
   I think Mystic can do it, just wondering if Synchronet can.
