   Good day!   
      
   Following an update to the latest Continuous Build, I've noticed that   
   sbbsctrl.exe is not part of the archive (still part of January's release).  Is   
   there a recommended process to upgrade and bring sbbsctrl.exe up to date or   
   should it not be used if I    
   intend to use the continuous build in Windows?
