   No, it did not ask to overwrite, but I think it did. I now realize the two   
   files were off the upgrade of windows and not from the actual win 10 pro.   
   Rooky move I know.  No big deal though it was a fresh install on a new drive.   
   after a quick reformat and    
   new install its running great.
