   I tried it on another machine and it works perfectly so did a complete fresh   
   install on the machine i want to run it on and installed c++ 2010 and C++2015   
   and tried installing and now get   
   scfg.exe system error   
   the code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found.   
      
   Any ideas?
