   The gating on this system of a selected few alt.bbs newsgrops is to a   
   very few nodes in Region 19 that don't run a Synchronet system with a   
   direct news link. It is obvious that one of them has a re-post problem   
   and the dupe are coming in with a different MSGID kludge. I will find   
   out which one it is and have him either unlink from the   
   ALT-BBS-SYNCHRONET echo or correct the   
   dupe problem.
