   I noticed 2 addresses hitting my smtp server over and over so I used it   
   filtering. That stopped them from getting into the smtp server. I have about 10   
   pages in log showing they are being blocked. Does anyone block any of the   
   Russian or Chinese ips that bombard the web and telnet servers?
