   I was looking for something that would pull stuff in from a uucp spool   
   and rewrite the headers to be FTSC compatible so that they can be   
   offered via an FTN network, much like what Internet Rex does, but Irex's   
   gating is so poorly written.   
      
   I guess I could do it in perl, i just didn't want to reinvent the wheel   
   if I didn't have to.
