   I observed charisma modulation for a while but it has faded.   
   Also my brother’s mental health has not improved.   
      
   FULL RESET, with no changes required.   
      
   I will begin a new attempt now that it is Pentecost both   
   here in St. John’s and in Vancouver and in UTC/GMT.   
   If it fails I won’t try again until the night before full   
   moon, which here is 5:13 a.m. NDT (0743 UTC) June 11.   
      
   With that in mind I began a new attempt at 4:51 p.m.
