[continued from previous message]              >> right on this good earth. Jesus referred to them as MEEK ones.       >       >Act 24:15 And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that       >there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.       >       >Judgment Before the Great White Throne       >       >Rev 20:11And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose       >face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for       >them.       >       >Rev 20:12And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books       >were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the       >dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books,       >according to their works.              What "works"? The works they do AFTER their resurrection. This will       happen during the 1000 year reign of Christ.                     >       >Rev 20:13And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell       >delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man       >according to their works.              Yes, this happens after their resurrection and after a trial period.       Think about it from your point of view. Those in the fires of hell,       get out, are judged for their works they did prior to their death, and       are tossed back in hellfire again. Thus they are DOUBLELY judged.              >       >Rev 20:14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the       >second death.              NOTICE THAT SCRIPTURE VERY CAREFULLY. Death is somehow picked up and       cast into the Lake of Fire. CAN DEATH BE TORTURED AND BURNED?              Hell is somehow picked up and cast into the Lake of Fire. Can hell be       tortured and burned?              Yes the Lake of Fire is SYMBOLIC. Of what? Rev 20:14 tells us. THE       SECOND DEATH. This (Lake of Fire") is the second death.              The first death is what we all inherited from Adam. The second death       is the death that occurs being tossed into the Lake of Fire.              >       >Rev 20:15And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast       >into the lake of fire.       >       >This is that which was spoken of before, regarding the resurrection of the       >dead at the end of time.       >       >Mat 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.              Heaven is God's home. It will always be. The planet earth will always       remain since he gave it to humans to live upon:              -- Revised Standard       Ecclesiastes 1:4 A generation goes, and a generation comes, but the       earth remains for ever.                     >       >>       >> -- King James       >> Matthew 5:5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.              These are words inspired of God. They can be ignored or twisted. They       are universal truths.       >       >2Pe 3:9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count       >slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should       >perish, but that all should come to repentance.              Yes, our God of love wants all people to be saved. He is not the       tortuous god of hellfire, but the God of love.              >       >2Pe 3:10But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the       >which the heavens              Those in high authority like Presidents, etc. Heaven is God's home.              >shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall       >melt with fervent heat,              Things in this world that are against God.               the earth also and the works that are therein shall       >be burned up.              If that is literally true, then it contradicts:              Ps 104:5       Mt 5:5       Ec 1:4       Ps 78:69       Ps 119:90       Ps 37:11 (notice how Jesus quoted it; Mt 5:5)                     >       >2Pe 3:11Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of       >persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,       >       >SO obviously you missed something in regards to any meek inheriting the       >earth.              You just quoted Jesus at Mt 5:5. Are you calling him a liar?              >       >The beatitudes was given to the Believers, NOT the general population.              Nonsense. Jesus talked to everyone. Those who were curious and even       opposers. You don't think the Scribes and Pharisees were there       listening intensely to every word in order to accuse him?              >       >>       >> They shall inherit what? Heaven-no, hellfire-no, Purgatory-no, but THE       >> EARTH. Jesus said it, so it has to be.       >       >Which earth? God has established that there will be a New Earth, and upon it       >will be no sin, and only those who are redeemed will dwell there in the New       >Jerusalem.              So then if you rented out your house, and the tenants damaged it,       what would you do? Burn down the house? No, you would kick out those       tenants, and repair the damage.              God will do a similar thing. Notice:              -- King James       Revelation 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come,       and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou       shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the       saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest       destroy them which destroy the earth.              DID HE SAY HE WOULD DESTROY THE EARTH? No, he will destroy those       ruining the earth, then fix it up and turn it into a paradise, like he       wanted Adam and Eve to do.       God's word ALWAYS occurs:              -- King James       Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it       shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I       please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.              Sincerely James       "Peace on Earth—How Will It Come?       Find Out".
